Spoke on a Twitter Space talking about How to Support Women in Tech.

A couple of things I spoke about included not only listening to women but also believing them when they share their experiences. It's not helpful to say, "Oh, he never did that to me."

Another was being intentional about making sure your events/media/lists of developers are inclusive. We often see an all white-male cast and it always made me wonder if there was a place in the community for someone who looked like me.
